Properties


Package Viscosity	50-55 sec. Zahn Cup No. 2 @ 25°C.
Reducer	Ethanol
Retarder	Ethoxy Propanol
Wash Up	Mixture of ethanol and ethyl acetate
Flash Point	< 25° C

Drying

A drying temperature of 65-75°C is sufficient to achieve adhesion to paper and filmic substrates, although temperatures may need to be adjusted outside this range, due to variations in substrates, process and press conditions.

APPLICATION FILM WEIGHT

A minimum wet application film weight of 2-3 gm2 is required.

Packaging and Storage

Packed in 25 kg pails or 200 kg drums. Storage stability is six months in original, unopened containers at 20°C. After use, containers should be tightly closed to improve shelf life.
